Standing Orders
These determine the way that the council and its meetings operate.
Code of Conduct
All councillors must abide by this, which includes a requirement for councillors to declare various interests.
Asset Register
This contains details of eveything owned by the council.
Risk Assessment
This document ensures that the council has taken the necessary steps to protect its assets, and to ensure its continuing operation and financial viability.
Freedom of Information Act - Publication Scheme

This has been prepared and approved by the Information Commissioner, and commits the council to make information available to the public as part of its normal business activities.

Disability Discrimination Policy
The policy of the Council is based on the principle that – as far as possible – all disabled people will be accorded the same equality of treatment, dignity and respect as all other people.
Equal Opportunities Policy
The purpose of this policy is to provide equal opportunities to all employees, irrespective of their gender, race, ethnic origin, disability, age, nationality, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, marital status or social class.
Health & Safety Policy
The counil's policy is to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work for our employees, and to provide such information, instruction, training and supervision as they need for this purpose.
Complaints Procedure
The council hopes that no-one will ever need to use this. Complaints concerning the council, members, officers, or its procedures or administration should initially be put in writing to the Clerk or Chairman.
